Centrum Finansowe Puławska Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji

Centrum Finansowe Puławska (CFP) is the sole proprietor of the bank and office building complex located at 15 Puławska street in Warsaw. The property is a class A building of nearly 75,000 sqm of usable space. It has enjoyed full occupancy rates and houses the head office of PKO Bank Polski.

CFP was established in 1995 and at present is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PKO Bank Polski; with its main activity being administration of the above-mentioned facility.

CFP is a recipient of the Cristal Butterfly mark of the Jolanta Kwasniewska's Foundation "Communication Without Barriers" for outstanding achievements for the benefit of persons with disabilities. The Company was also granted the Home&Market magazine's Best Business Partner award in the Best Office Building category.

Opening of liquidation proceedings for the company Centrum Finansowe Puławska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością

On 1 July 2011 the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Centrum Finansowe Puławska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ("CFP") with its registered head office in Warsaw , adopted a resolution on dissolving and beginning the liquidation of this company on 1 July 2011. Mr. Maciej Wyszoczarski was appointed as liquidator of CFP. An application regarding registration of the company\'s liquidation will be submitted to the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. About the date of application the Bank will inform immediately in form of current report (Current Report of PKO Bank Polski No. 39/2011).
