The PKO BP Capital Group forms the Bank and its dependent partner companies, who, by realizing its proposals, achieve their own business targets.

PKO Bank Polski Capital Group includes the Bank and its subsidiaries, which complement its product offer while pursuing their own business objectives.

PKO Bank Polski is the lead organisation of the Capital Group. The subsidiary companies pursue their own business objectives whilst supporting the Bank's sales objectives and acting as its service providers. The subsidiary companies also complement the Bank?s offer with such services as leasing, settlement of electronic card transactions, factoring and investment fund management.

The companies forming the Capital Group comprise distinct ?product factories? that enrich the parent?s offer; thus enabling it to meet its customers? and clients? needs to the fullest extent. Conversely, the Bank serves as the primary sales channel for the subsidiaries. The PKO Bank Polski Capital Group benefits from the ensuing synergies.
