The report:

Referring to the current report No. 43/2011 dated 8 July 2011, the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank”) hereby informs that by judgment of 20 January 2012 the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed the action to the declare the invalidity of the resolution No. 1/2011 adopted by the Bank's Extraordinary General Meeting of 14 April 2011, on the election of the Chairman of the Extraordinary General Meeting.

The aforementioned judgment is not yet legally valid.
