The report:

The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (the “PKO Bank Polski S.A.”) hereby informs of the dates of periodical financial statements for 2012 release:

- consolidated quarterly report of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the 1st quarter 2012 – date of release: 14 May 2012

- consolidated semi-annual report of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. with condensed stand-alone semi-annual financial statements for the 1st half 2012 – date of release: 13 August 2012

- consolidated quarterly report of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the 3rd quarter 2012 – date of release: 12 November 2012

- annual report of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the year ended 31 December 2012 – date of release: 4 March 2013

- consolidated report of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the year ended 31 December 2012 – date of release: 4 March 2013.

Furthermore the Management Board informs that, according to Paragraph 101.2 and Paragraph 102.1 of the mentioned above Regulation, decided to renounce the publication of consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd and 4 th quarter of 2012 respectively.

Furthermore the Management Board informs that the annual report of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the consolidated report of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the year ended 31 December 2011, the disclosure date of which was previously set up for 1 March 2012 (current report No. 3/2011 of 26 January 2011) will be published on 5 March 2012.
