The report:
The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP SA”) informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting on 30 November 2006 changed the resolution of the Supervisory Board of the Company (mentioned in the current report No. 45/2006) appointing Mr Sławomir Skrzypek to the President of PKO BP SA Management Board this way that Mr Sławomir Skrzypek is appointed to the President of PKO BP SA Management Board until the election of the President of the Management Board.

The Management Board of PKO BP SA informs that Mr. Jarosław Myjak resigned from the position of the Vice - President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 30 November 2006 Board in connection with doubts as to the truthfulness of the vetting declaration presented by him.
