The report:
The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs that on 19 December 2006 during its meeting the Supervisory Board acknowledged the fact that:- Mr. Kazimierz Małecki resigned from the position of the Vice President, First Deputy President of the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna as of 31 December 2006,
- Mrs. Danuta Demianiuk resigned from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna as of 31 December 2006.
- Mr. Kazimierz Małecki resigned from the position of the Vice President, First Deputy President of the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna as of 31 December 2006,
