The report:

The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (PKO BP SA) hereby informs that on 9 December 2008 the Supervisory Board adopted resolution appointing Mr. Jarosław Myjak for the position of the Vice-President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 15 December 2008.

According to the adopted resolution Mr. Jarosław Myjak is appointed for the above position for the joint term of office of the Board which has started on 20 May 2008.

Jarosław Myjak

53, in 1978 he was graduated in the American Department and in 1981 in the Law Department at the University Adam Mickiewicz. In 1976 – 1977 he studied in the Economics Department at the University in Toronto. In 1982 – 1984 he did post-graduated Law study. From 1982 to1984 he was on Judge training at the Voivodship Court in Poznań.
From 1991 to 1994 he was a lawyer in Alzheimer & Gray.
From 1994 to 2004 he worked in Commercial Union Polska Ubezpieczenia na Życie / AVIVA, were he was member of the Management Board the First Vice-President (1994 – 1997), next President of the Management Board (1998 – 2004) and President of AVIVA (2000 – 2004).
From 1998 to 2004 he was Vice-President of the Management Board of The Polish Chamber of Insurance.
From 1998 to 2004 was a member of the Polish Business Roundtable.
From 2004 to 2006 he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Citibank Handlowy.
From 2004 to 2007 he was Vice-President of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers "Lewiatan".
In 2006 he was Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO BP SA.
From 2007 to 2008 he was a lawyer in Dewey & LeBouef.
Since 2008 he is a member of the supervisory boards of: BGŻ SA, PZU Życie SA, Polski Holding Farmaceutyczny SA.

Mr. Jarosław Myjak:

• since 15 December 2008 will not conduct any business activity outside of PKO BP SA competitive to the business of PKO BP SA.,
  
• does not participate in any business competitive in respect of PKO BP SA as a partner in a partnership.,
  
• since 15 December 2008 will not be a member of a governing body of a company competing with PKO BP SA
  
• is not a member of a governing body of any other legal person competing with PKO BP SA.,
  
• is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
