Content of the report:
The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP S.A.” or “the Bank”) hereby reports the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) adopted on December 15, 2009:
1) resolution No. 714/2009 concerning the determination of the final day of listing rights to ordinary series D bearer shares of PKO BP S.A., in which the Management Board of WSE sets December 15, 2009 as the day of final listing of 250,000,000 rights to ordinary series D bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 1 each, marked by the National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”) with the code PLPKO0000065;
2) resolution No. 715/2009 concerning the introduction to trading on the main market of WSE, of ordinary series D bearer shares of the PKO BP S.A., in which the Management Board of WSE decided to introduce on December 18, 2009, by the usual procedure, to trading on the main market 250,000,000 ordinary series D bearer shares of the Bank with nominal value of PLN 1 each, provided that KDPW will register these shares and will mark them with the code PLPKO0000016 on December 18, 2009.
