Content of the report:
The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP S.A.” or “the Bank”) hereby reports that on 16 December 2009 has received announcement from Operation Division of The National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”), that 250,000,000 ordinary series D bearer shares of PKO BP S.A. with nominal value of PLN 1 each, admitted to trading on the main market by resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange no. 715/2009 dated December 15, 2009 (current report no. 57/2009), will be registered on December 18, 2009.
Aforementioned shares will be registered under ISIN code PLPKO0000016. Ground of registration is the resolution of the Management Board of KDPW no. 380/09 dated October 5, 2009.
After aforementioned registration 740,000,000 shares of PKO BP S.A. will be registered in KDPW under ISIN code PLPKO0000016.
