The report:

The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (the “PKO Bank Polski S.A.”) according to the obligation included in current report No 2/2010, hereby informs of the dates of periodical financial statements release in 2010:

• consolidated quarterly financial statement of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the 1st quarter 2010 – date of release: 17 May 2010
  
  
• consolidated semi-annual financial statement with abbreviated semi-annual financial statement for the 1st half 2010 – date of release: 26 August 2010
  
  
• consolidated quarterly financial statement of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the 3rd quarter 2010 – date of release: 8 November 2010.
