Paragraph 5.1.22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that Bank's Supervisory Board, according to resolution dated 10 March 2010, appointed Mr. Jakub Papierski as of 22 March 2010 for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board for the joint term of office of the board which has started on 20 May 2008.
Furthermore Bank's Supervisory Board by mentioned above resolution canceled its resolution adopted on 27 January 2010, according to Mr. Jakub Papierski might have been appointed for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, as of 1 April 2010. About the resolution dated 27 January 2010 Bank informed in current report No. 6/2010.
Information about member of the Management Board, appointed according to mentioned above resolutions of Bank’s Supervisory Board, was presented in current report No. 6/2010.

The Management Board of the Bank informs that Mr. Jakub Papierski stated:

• he doesn’t conduct any business activity outside of PKO Bank Polski S.A. competitive to the business of PKO Bank Polski S.A.,
  
• he does not participate in any business competitive in respect of PKO Bank Polski S.A. as a partner in a partnership,
  
• he is not a member of a governing body of a company competing with PKO Bank Polski S.A.,
  
• he is not a member of a governing body of any other legal person competing with PKO Bank Polski S.A.,
  
• he is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
