The report:
The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs that on 13 April 2010 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA) unanimously consented to the appointment of Mr Zbigniew Jagiełło as the President of the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna.
