The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO Bank Polski SA”) hereby announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of PKO Bank Polski SA convened on 25th June 2010, on a motion of the shareholder State Treasury passed the resolution regarding calling an adjournment. The Ordinary General Meeting will be continued on 23 July 2010 at 11 a.m.
