The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO Bank Polski S.A.”) informs that on 21 July 2010 Mr. Mariusz Zarzycki resigned from the position of the Vice – President of PKO Bank Polski S.A. Management Board as of 31 July 2010.
