When should I buy PKO BP SA shares to receive the dividend for year 2007?
According to the resolution passed on 20th May 2008 by the Annual General Meeting of PKO BP SA the dividend for the year 2007 is in the amount of PLN 1.09 gross per share. The list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend for the year 2007 shall be established as at 18th August 2008. The dividend shall be paid on 4th September 2008. The dividend may be paid by way of transfer to a cash bank account servicing a securities account or transfer to a bank account indicated by the shareholder or in cash. The investor who wants to acquire the right to the dividend should have on his brokerage account Bank's shares at the day of establishing the list of investors at 18th August 2008. According to the settlement system used for shares at Warsaw Stock Exchange "D+3" the investor should buy shares at 12th of August, then "D+3" day will by at 18th of August. It is because at 15th of August (a holiday) the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) provides no settlements for these types of transactions. For this transaction the days are as follow:
- 12.08.2008 = D
- 13.08.2008 = D+1
- 14.08.2008 = D+2
- 18.08.2008 = D+3

What is the Bank current dividend policy? It is possible that with the increasing demand for loans and respective growing regulatory capital needs (to comply with Basel 2) the Bank does not pay a dividend in 2008 year?
There is no change of the Bank's dividend policy. An intention of payment at the level of 40-50% of the net profit is still valid. Let us remind you that according to the PKO BP's prospectus the level of dividend payment was announced to be between 20-40% of the net profit. Therefore, there is no decision taken on any declaration of the next year dividend payment yet as well as about the AGM date. As soon as it will be made the stock exchange and all our investors (via PKO BP web page) will be informed.

Does the Bank receive the permission from Banking Supervisory Commission for allocation the proceeds from the issue of bonds to increase the PKO BP SA supplementary funds?
Yes. PKO BP SA has received from the Banking Supervisory Commission the permission for allocation the proceeds from the issue of bonds (total nominal value of 1,600,700 thousands PLN) to increase the PKO BP SA supplementary funds pursuant to Art. 127.3(b) of the Banking Act. The Bank has informed about the details of the issue of bonds in the current report no 47/2007

What is the planned amount of PKO BP dividend for year 2007 and what are the dates of dividend day and payment day?
The PKO BP SA Management Board has proposed to pay PLN 1 090 mn dividend that is 40% of net profit gained in 2007 and is equal to PLN 1.09 per share. The final amount of dividend and the dates of dividend day and payment day will be resolved by the Annual Shareholders Meeting. The Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on 20th of May 2008.

What forms can dividend payment take?
Dividend - proportionate to held shares - can be paid out in a form of:
- transfer to a cash account subordinated to a securities account, in the case shares are registered on a securities account;
- transfer to a bank account specified by the shareholder or in cash form, in the case the shareholder does not hold a securities account or a cash account.
