General Meeting

Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP”) – with reference to announcement of adjournment in the Ordinary General Meeting (Current Report No. 27/2010) - hereby publishes the content of the resolutions adopted until now by the Bank’s Ordinary General Meeting on 25 June 2010.
The content of the resolutions is attached as an enclosure to this report.

During the General Meeting, objections were raised against all resolutions, except for resolutions No: 3/2010, 34/2010, 35/2010, 36/2010, 37/2010.


Also, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski SA informs that the Resolution no. 33/2010 was not adopted.
