 PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

Nearly half a million customers committed the management of their financial assets to PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych (PKO TFI). The Company's offer includes more than 20 different investment funds and schemes. These differ from one another in terms of their risk profile and investment horizon, hence customers can structure portfolios that suit their needs best. The PKO TFI offer is highly accessible via an extensive nation-wide distribution network, which includes, among others, majority of the PKO Bank Polski outlets and the Dom Maklerski PKO Banku Polskiego POSs.

PKO TFI was established in 1997 by PKO Bank Polski and Credit Suisse, one of the world's largest financial institutions. Since 2009 PKO TFI has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of PKO Bank Polski.

PKO TFI unit trusts' units became available in the market in the year 1997. Since that time the Company has systematically expanded its investment offer as it adjusted to the growing expectations of its customers and the to the changing market conditions. As a result its funds delivered stabile yields. As at the end of 2010, PKO TFI ranked fifth with a market share of 8.3 per cent. (in net asset value terms). PKO TFI is a member of the Polish Chamber of Fund and Asset Management. Recently PKO TFI expanded its offer to include instruments enabling investment in various commodity markets and biotechnology companies; which followed the earlier fund portfolio expansion into the territory of the European, Asian and American markets, and of the emerging markets. The Company also implemented solutions that enable its customers to make their investment choices through our website, this without burdening them with any additional costs or formalities.
