What is included in the amendments?
- We have simplified the language of the regulations
- We have entered information about a new functionality on the iPKO website – multi-person access to iPKO
- We have introduced organisational changes and provisions concerning the planned launch of the address for e-service,
- We have clarified the rationale for amending fees and commissions, the interest rate, and the regulations
You can find new regulations on the website of PKO Bank Polski, and in the Bank's branches.
If you do not accept amendments to the regulations, you may terminate the account agreement within 14 calendar days of the date of notification. If you decide to terminate the agreement, the notice period is 30 days.
If you accept the regulations, you do not need to take any action – the regulations will be in force as of 1 September 2022.
