Effective as of 15th of December 2019, we adjust the rate for cash withdrawals abroad at ATM to requirements of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC).
Effective as of 1st of February 2020:
- we introduce fee for internal transfers,
- we change fees for outgoing SEPA transfers,
- we change the way of charging fees for using iPKO biznes and EBICS electronic banking systems,
and we make editorial character.
Your kind acceptance is hereby sought. The amendments shall be deemed to have been approved by the customer, unless the customer has indicated disapproval before 01.02.2020. Should you choose not to accept the amendments you have the right to terminate your framework payment contract affected by changes with effect at any time or with immediate effect before the date of entry into force of the aforementioned changes.
If you fail to notify your lack of acceptance for the introduced changes before 1 February 2020, they will be considered approved.
