The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that Mr Dariusz Górski resigned from the membership of the Bank’s Supervisory Board on 23 January 2020, with the effect from the end of 29 January 2020.
According to the content of the resignation it is dictated by the intention of taking up the employment in another financial institution and future conflict of interest.
