Content of the report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs about the release dates of periodic reports in 2022:

1. annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2021 and consolidated report of the Bank’s Group (“BG”) for the year ended 31 December 2021 – 24 February 2022,
2. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 1^st quarter 2022 – 19 May 2022,
3. consolidated semi-annual report of the BG and condensed standalone financial statement for the 1^st half 2022 – 18 August 2022,
4. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 3^rd quarter 2022 – 10 November 2022.
