The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 15 February 2021 the Bank was notified that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Warsaw registered the amendment to the Bank’s Articles of Association, adopted by the resolution No. 3/2019 of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 September 2019.
The registration applies to an amendment that concerned adding a new point 18 in § 4 section 2, worded as follows:
“18) provision of services related to servicing the Employee Capital Plans.”.
