PKO Bank Polski SA hereby informs that from an open-end pension fund Pekao Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, represented by Pekao Pioneer Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA – a shareholder of the Bank – it received a nomination of a candidate Mr. Paweł Górecki to the Supervisory Board. The candidate will be presented at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened on 25 February 2016.
