PKO BP SA hereby informs that from an open-end pension fund - Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA – a shareholder of the Bank – it received a nomination of a candidate to the Supervisory Board. The candidate will be presented at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened on 30 June 2011. According to the nominating shareholder, the professional experience of the candidate allows her to competently perform duties of a member of the Supervisory Board.
