PKO Bank Polski SA hereby informs that from an open-end pension fund Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK, represented by Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK SA – a shareholder of the Bank – it received a nomination of a candidate to the Supervisory Board. The candidate will be presented at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 26 June 2014.
