PKO BP SA herby informs that from MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – a shareholder of the Bank – it received a nomination of a candidate to the Bank’s Supervisory Board. The candidate will be presented at the Bank’s Annual General Meeting convened on 25 June 2015. According to the received declaration, the candidate meets the criteria of the independent member of the supervisory board set out in the Rules of the Corporate Governance relating to the investment activities of MetLife Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA managing Open Pension Fund MetLife.
