The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) informs that on 24 August 2020 the Bank received from the State Treasury represented by the Minister of State Assets (“State Treasury”), as a shareholder representing more than 5% of the Bank’s share capital, draft of resolutions to the agenda of the Bank’s Annual General Meeting convened for 26 August 2020, related to:
- the point No. 8 i) of the agenda - a draft resolution on amendments to the Articles of Association of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna,
- the point No. 10) of the agenda - draft resolutions on the appointment to the Supervisory Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna.
The resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, submitted by the State Treasury constitute the annexes to this report.
