Mr. Maks Kraczkowski (born 1979) is a Vice President of the Management Board supervising Area of International and Transaction Banking, Cooperation with Local Governments and Governmental Agencies. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Kredobank SA.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also earned an Executive MBA diploma and completed an Advanced Management Program 194 at Harvard Business School.
A Member of Parliament during V, VI, VII, VIII term. His activities were focused on the economy and financial markets. He was a Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Economy (2005 – 2006, 2007 – 2011), a Member of the Legislative Committee (2005 – 2007, 2007 – 2011) and a Chairman of the Standing Subcommittee of the Constitutional Tribunal (2005 – 2007).
He has many years of experience in legislation, as well as knowledge of domestic and international economic issues.
