Art 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies, dated 29 July 2005.

 

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski SA (“Bank”) hereby informs that the shareholders attending the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) convened for 22 June 2017, in its first part, which took place on 22 June 2017, held 712,764,969 voting rights. It means that the Bank’s share capital consisting of 1,250,000,000 shares and each of them confers one voting right, was represented at the AGM in 57.02%.

 

At least 5% of the voting rights at the AGM in the first part was held by:

  1. the State Treasury, represented by Minister of Economic Development and Finance, which held 367,918,980 voting rights, i.e., 51.62% of the voting rights at the AGM, and 29.43 % of the aggregate number of voting rights;
  2. AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny AVIVA BZ WBK, which held 87,463,000 voting rights, i.e., 12.27% of the voting rights at the AGM, and 7.00% of the aggregate number of voting rights;
  3. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ", which held 48,500,000 voting rights, i.e., 6,80% of the voting rights at the AGM, and 3.88% of the aggregate number of voting rights.

 

During the second part of the meeting on 20 July 2017 the shareholders attending the AGM held 682,591,728 voting rights. It means that the Bank’s share capital consisting of 1,250,000,000 shares and each of them confers one voting right, was represented at the AGM in 54.61%.

 

At least 5% of the voting rights at the AGM in the second part was held by:

  1. the State Treasury, represented by Minister of Economic Development and Finance, which held 367,918,980 voting rights, i.e., 53.90% of the voting rights at the AGM, and 29.43 % of the aggregate number of voting rights;
  2. AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny AVIVA BZ WBK, which held 87,463,000 voting rights, i.e., 12.81% of the voting rights at the AGM, and 7.00% of the aggregate number of voting rights;
  3. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ", which held 48,500,000 voting rights, i.e., 7.11% of the voting rights at the AGM, and 3.88% of the aggregate number of voting rights.
