Change in General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services from 10.04.2026

As of April 10th, 2026 PKO Bank Polski S.A. Varșovia, Sucursala București changes the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services (hereinafter “Terms”)

Changes

  • in Section II. ‘Account’, chapter ’Instructions’:
    • correction of the Romanian wording at point 18,
    • addition of points 19, 20 and 21 concerning the procedure in a situation where the Bank receives a request for a refund (recall) from the payer's payment service provider due to operational or technical errors (including duplicate payments) or due to fraud or suspected fraud,
    • changes editorial in nature.

What’s next?

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services for the corporate clients of PKO Bank Polski S.A. Varsovia, Sucursala Bucuresti (Section XIII. ‘Termination’):

  • if you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to reject the proposed amendments before the date when the proposed amendments becomes effective and the right to terminate the Agreement with an immediate effect, i.e. as of the date following the date of delivery of the rejection notice to the Bank,
  • if you agree with the amendments, no action is required.
