Changes to domestic Sent and Regis transfers

We are introducing new address fields in the Sent and Regis domestic transfer forms. These changes result from the ISO 20022 standard. You can also save detailed counterparty address information and create your own file formats for imports.

What has changed?

1. One-time transfer form

We have updated the domestic transfer form to comply with the new payment standards. As a result, you can now:

provide the counterparty's name and address in separate fields, such as country, town and postal code. To do this, use the "I want to add detailed counterparty’s address data" option
enter the counterparty's LEI code, which is a 20-character legal entity identifier. For a single counterparty, you can provide either the LEI code or the CNP/CUI number

You can continue to submit one-time domestic transfers in the current way.

2. Domestic counterparty form

We have enhanced the domestic counterparty database with additional information fields. The changes include:

the counterparty’s name and address, which can now be entered in separate fields
counterparty identifiers, including the option to provide LEI code

3. File import creator

We have extended the file import format creator for domestic transfers and counterparties with additional address fields and the LEI code. You can create your own import file format for domestic transfers or domestic counterparties using the file import creator available in iPKO biznes: Administration → New → File format.

You can already import domestic transfers using the new XML ISO 20022 pain.001.001.09 format. Detailed technical specifications are available on the Branch website in the Information & documents section.

You can still use the existing import formats, such as MT103, Elixir-0, CSV, and ISO 20022 XML (pain.001.001.07 and pain.001.001.03).
