In current report no. 45/2008 is a written mistake: name “Alzheimer & Gray Sp. z o. o.” should be replaced with name “Altheimer & Gray Sp. z o. o.”

The Management Board of PKO BP SA (“Bank”) herby informs that, as a consequence of obtaining corporate permissions, and making an offer on 28.11.2008 to acquire 99.92% of the shares of AIG Bank Polska S.A. and 100% of the shares of AIG Credit S.A. has entered the stage of non-exclusive negotiations to acquire shares of mentioned above companies.

On 9 December 2008 the Supervisory Board adopted resolution appointing Mr. Jarosław Myjak for the position of the Vice-President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 15 December 2008.

The Management Board of PKO BP SA hereby informs that in the resolution adopted on 1 December 2008 declared that it intends to move to the General Meeting with the motion of suspension of the dividend for the year 2008.

In connection with the publication on 7th of November 2008 of its interim financial statements of the PKO Bank Polski SA Group for the third quarter of 2008, PKO BP SA encloses an unofficial English translation thereof.

On 3 October 2008 PKO BP SA was informed that the District Court in Łódź on 30 September 2008 had registered capital increase of Bankowy Fundusz Leasingowy SA with its seat in Łódź (“BFL”) of total value amounts PLN 30,000,000.
