Content of the Report:
In relation to the information received from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BGF") on 22 April 2021, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund as set by the BGF amounts to PLN 232,201,826.88 for 2021.
The total BGF contributions (consisting of contributions to the banks’ guarantee fund for the first quarter of 2021 in the amount of PLN 56,274,541.25 and the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund for 2021 mentioned above) recognized in the Bank’s costs for the first quarter of 2021 amount to PLN 288,476,368.13.
The overall costs of BGF contributions borne by the Bank’s Group (incl. the contributions of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.) in the first quarter of 2021 amount to PLN 309,529,796.87.
