The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the "Bank") informs that on 7 February 2024 Mr. Dariusz Szwed resigned from the function of the President of the Bank's Management Board as well as from the membership in the Bank's Management Board effective as of 14th February 2024.
The resignation has not provided the reasons for its submission.
