Content of the report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that the annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the consolidated report of the Bank’s Group for the year ended 31 December 2020 due to be published on 17 February 2021 (report No. 36/2020 on 17 December 2020), will now be published on 30 April 2021.
At the same time, the Bank communicates that the preliminary, unaudited and consolidated financial data for Q4 2020 will be published on 17 February 2021 in the form of a current report.
