Amendment to the Price list for clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky

From 6 March 2023, PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky is introducing the following amendments in the Price list of fees and commissions for customers:

• removal of fees for keeping high balances on accounts,
• addition of a payment order tracking module (SWIFT Tracker module) in iPKO business — the fee will apply from the moment when the service is made available,
• increase of the fees for foreign transfers received, issue of a new card after its reservation, intermediation in assigning the Recipient Identifier (CID),
• removal of the “Opinion on text of a guarantee or stand-by letter of credit (at Beneficiary’s request) “service and removal of the item “issue of a mobile token”,
• amendments to the provisions on services related to consolidation of balances, as well as the amount of fees charged for these services, and amendments to the provisions on the escrow account service,
• other minor changes.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services for clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky, you have the right to terminate the affected agreement free of charge with immediate effect (i.e. on the date of delivery of the notice of refusal to accept the new terms and conditions to the Bank) and/or from the date indicated by you, but before the entry into force date of the aforementioned amendments. For more information about termination of your agreement with us, please refer to Section XIII of the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services for clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky, which can be found here (PDF FILE). A declaration of refusal to accept the new terms and conditions should be sent to: PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky, Pribinova 10, 811 09 Bratislava.

If you do not notify your refusal to accept the amendments before March 6, 2023, they are deemed to have been approved.

Balance confirmations at the end of 2022

In the iPKO biznes service, in the Accounts section, a new function is available - Confirmation of balances at the end of the year.

Thanks to this, you can download a confirmation in pdf format, with information about account balances, deposits and loans. To use this option, make sure that you have the access rights to account balance information.

Cross-border transfers with payment purpose code

To make a foreign transfer to certain countries, please enter the so-called payment purpose code in the title, which specifies the reason for the transaction. Without this, we cannot execute the transfer.

Which countries require a payment purpose code?

• United Arab Emirates
• Myanmar (Birma)
• Bahrain
• China (for transfer in CNY/RMB currency)
• Malaysia

Where can I find this code?

Once you have entered your BIC code, the list will activate from which you can select the appropriate payment purpose code.

Remember:

If you need to complete the codes in the payment title, also correct the files you want to import into the application.

Amendment of the Price List for Clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky

Effective as of 16th July 2021.  PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky introduces the following changes to the Price List for Clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky (the „Price List“):

• the existing fee for high balances in EUR will be replaced by a new fee for maintaining high balances on accounts in all currencies,
• a new fee for maintaining a high balance on the last day of the year will be introduced,
• additional fees will be introduced for the use of iPKO biznes: (i) a monthly fee for using the system for each additional user over 5, (ii) a fee for a request to add users by a bank's employee, (iii) a fee for taking over the administration function as regards user rights and iPKO biznes parametrization by the Bank,
• separate charges will be introduced for transfers submitted in a paper form
• there will be changes to the SEPA Direct Debit section - there will be a breakdown of charges by Creditor and Debtor of the service,
• in connection with the introduction of new products, new items will be added for new services: debit cards, Sweeping Topping, SWIFT MT101, Virtual accounts, Multi-purpose credit line,
• additional fees will be introduced for: (i) imposing a blockade on an account, (ii) generating bank statement upon demand or additional bank statement, (iii)preparing a statement in a paper form, (iv) providing a history of the account in an agreed form and the provision regarding the preparation of a confirmation of a bank operation will be detailed,
• the rates of commitment fee – charged on the unused loan amount/ tranche will be changed

At the same time, we would like to inform you that according to the General Business Terms and Conditions for accounts, payments and other services for Clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky you have a right to terminate the affected agreement free of charge with an immediate effect (i.e., as of the date following the date of delivery of the rejection notice to the Bank) or as of the later date indicated by you but in any case before 16th July 2021.  For more information regarding termination of the agreement with us, please see Section XIII of the General Business Terms and Conditions for accounts payments and other services for Clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky which can be found here (PDF file). Your rejection notice should be sent to the business mailing address of the Bank mentioned in the respective Agreement, or to the registered office Pribinova 10, 811 09 Bratislava.

If you do not notify us of your rejection of the changes before 16th July 2021, the changes will be deemed accepted.
