Change in the Price List for Clients of PKO BP S.A., Czech Branch (since 01.07.2022)
- Increase to 0.05 p.p. the additional fee for high balances on accounts in EUR in case of negative reference rate for this currency.
- Additionally, we introduce a fee for accounts maintained in EUR currencies, when the value of the current interest rate (in EUR) is equal to or higher than 0, in the amount of 0.03 p.p. of the balance per month.
- Removal of negotiated deposits from the list of products that count towards the value of balances charged for high balance fees.
In order to facilitate analysis of changes in the offer, we have prepared:
- a list of changes in the Price List for Clients applicable as of 1 July 2022
- the new amended Price List for Clients applicable as of 1 July 2022
We encourage you to read them.
Simultaneously, please be informed that in line with the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and other Services you have a right to terminate an agreement affected by the changes with immediate effect (i.e. as of the date of delivery to the Bank of a notification on refusal to accept the new terms) or as of the date indicated by you, yet prior to the date of entry into force of the above-listed changes. More information about termination of the agreement with us can be found in Clause XIII of the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and other Services, which can be found here (PDF file). The notification about refusal to accept the new terms is to be sent to the correspondence address of the Bank provided in the relevant agreement or to the address of the Bank’s registered office: Klimentská 1216/46, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1.
If you do not notify your refusal to accept the changes before 1 July2022, they are assumed to be accepted.
