Amendments to the Terms and conditions of sale of products and services for corporate clients of PKO BP SA Niederlassung Deutschland

As of 1 March 2023, the following amendments shall be made to the Terms and conditions of sale of products and services to corporate clients of PKO Bank Polski SA Niederlassung Deutschland
  • removal of fees for maintaining high balances on accounts
  • increase of the fee for the maintenance of a bank account from EUR 20 to EUR 50
  • increase of the fee for access to electronic banking from EUR 30 to EUR 50
  • introduction of the fee for issuing a debit card in the amount of EUR 10
  • increase of the fee for intermediation in the assignment of the Recipient Identifier (CID) by the National Clearing House (Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A.) from EUR 15 to EUR 50
  • increase of the commission for granting a guarantee from 0.5% to 0.7% on a quarterly basis (minimum amount: EUR 150)
  • increase of the fee for the provision of information on the client to an audit firm from EUR 50 to EUR 100
  • addition of a transfer tracking module in iPKO business (SWIFT Tracker module) — the fee will apply from the moment when the service is made available by PKO Bank Polski SA Niederlassung Deutschland
  • addition of information that the balance of a closed account is subject to disposal by the Bank in accordance with written instructions of the account holder, without prejudice to the Bank’s right to set off its receivables from the account balance
  • deletion of information on currencies in which other foreign transfers are executed in urgent and express modes (all information on the execution of orders is provided in the Terms and conditions of execution of payment orders)
  • amendments to provisions on the balance consolidation service as well as the fees charged for this service

In order to facilitate the analysis of the amendments to the offer, we have prepared:

  2. The new revised Terms and conditions of sale, effective from 1 March 2023

 

We would like to invite you to read them.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Cooperation between the Client and PKO Bank Polski SA Niederlassung Deutschland (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen), you have the right to terminate the agreement affected by the amendments free of charge with immediate effect (i.e. on the date of delivery of the notice of refusal to accept the new terms and conditions to the Bank) or as of the date indicated by you, but before the date of entry of the aforementioned amendments into force. A declaration of refusal to accept the new terms and conditions should be sent to the Bank’s correspondence address as stated in the relevant agreement or to the registered office address of the Bank: Frankfurt am Main, 60-311, Neue Mainzer Strasse 52-58.

If you do not notify your refusal to accept the amendments before 1 March 2023, they are deemed to have been approved.
