Amendment of the Price List for Clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky
- the existing fee for high balances in EUR will be replaced by a new fee for maintaining high balances on accounts in all currencies,
- a new fee for maintaining a high balance on the last day of the year will be introduced,
- additional fees will be introduced for the use of iPKO biznes: (i) a monthly fee for using the system for each additional user over 5, (ii) a fee for a request to add users by a bank's employee, (iii) a fee for taking over the administration function as regards user rights and iPKO biznes parametrization by the Bank,
- separate charges will be introduced for transfers submitted in a paper form
- there will be changes to the SEPA Direct Debit section - there will be a breakdown of charges by Creditor and Debtor of the service,
- in connection with the introduction of new products, new items will be added for new services: debit cards, Sweeping Topping, SWIFT MT101, Virtual accounts, Multi-purpose credit line,
- additional fees will be introduced for: (i) imposing a blockade on an account, (ii) generating bank statement upon demand or additional bank statement, (iii)preparing a statement in a paper form, (iv) providing a history of the account in an agreed form and the provision regarding the preparation of a confirmation of a bank operation will be detailed,
- the rates of commitment fee – charged on the unused loan amount/ tranche will be changed
In order to help you analyse the changes in the in the Price List, we have prepared:
- list of changes to the Price List effective from 16th July 2021.
- the new amended and restated Price List effective from 16th July 2021.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that according to the General Business Terms and Conditions for accounts, payments and other services for Clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky you have a right to terminate the affected agreement free of charge with an immediate effect (i.e., as of the date following the date of delivery of the rejection notice to the Bank) or as of the later date indicated by you but in any case before 16th July 2021. Your rejection notice should be sent to the business mailing address of the Bank mentioned in the respective Agreement, or to the registered office Pribinova 10, 811 09 Bratislava.
If you do not notify us of your rejection of the changes before 16th July 2021, the changes will be deemed accepted.
