Amendment to the Price list for clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky

From 6 March 2023, PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky is introducing the following amendments in the Price list of fees and commissions for customers:
  • removal of fees for keeping high balances on accounts,
  • addition of a payment order tracking module (SWIFT Tracker module) in iPKO business — the fee will apply from the moment when the service is made available,
  • increase of the fees for foreign transfers received, issue of a new card after its reservation, intermediation in assigning the Recipient Identifier (CID),
  • removal of the “Opinion on text of a guarantee or stand-by letter of credit (at Beneficiary’s request) “service and removal of the item “issue of a mobile token”,
  • amendments to the provisions on services related to consolidation of balances, as well as the amount of fees charged for these services, and amendments to the provisions on the escrow account service,
  • other minor changes.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services for clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky, you have the right to terminate the affected agreement free of charge with immediate effect (i.e. on the date of delivery of the notice of refusal to accept the new terms and conditions to the Bank) and/or from the date indicated by you, but before the entry into force date of the aforementioned amendments. If you do not notify your refusal to accept the amendments before March 6, 2023, they are deemed to have been approved.
