The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“the Bank”) informs that the Bank’s Supervisory Board has appointed Mr Jan Emeryk Rościszewski, the former Vice President of the Management Board, to perform the function of the President of the Management Board for the current joint term of office of the Bank’s Management Board, which started as of 3 July 2020, subject to approval of the appointment by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and as of the date of this approval being granted. Until such approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Supervisory Board has entrusted Mr Jan Emeryk Rościszewski with directing the work of the Management Board.
The Bank’s Supervisory Board has also appointed Mr Marcin Eckert as Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board for the current joint term of office of the Bank’s Management Board which started as of 3 July 2020.
Information about the above-mentioned members of the Bank’s Management Board has been provided in the Appendix to this Report.
