Content of the report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the "Bank") discloses to the public the information on the preliminary, unaudited, consolidated financial data of the Bank’s Group for Q4 2020 and year 2020 compiled for informative purposes only, irrespective of the interim reporting duties.
The Management Board further informs that the selected financial data provided in the attachment are preliminary and estimated. Data are subject to change and may differ from data that will be published in the annual report for 2020. In particular, the estimates disclosed in this report may be significantly affected by events that could occur before the publication date of the annual report, including those related to the foreign-currency mortgage loans for households.
Final data will be presented in the annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the consolidated report of the Bank’s Group for the year ended 31 December 2020, which will be published on 30 April 2021.
