I don't remember login

Login can be:

 

  • customer number – this is a 8-digit code that we automatically assigned to you when opening your account
  • friendly login – you will use it to log in instead of your customer number

Additional information

    • In the e-mail confirming the opening of an online account
    • In the iPKO service in the Personal Finance tab
    • At 1. page of the agreement (if your agreement was concluded after 14.03.2011)
    • On the confirmation of the assignment of the customer number (if your agreement was concluded before 13.03.2011)
    • With a friendly login you will replace the customer number for logging in to iPKO or Inteligo
    • It must be 8-50 characters and at least one letter, the size does not matter
    • It can contain special characters – without Polish ones

How to set a friendly login to iPKO?

In the iPKO service

    Log in to iPKO

    Select Settings → Passwords and Bank Access → Friendly Login

In the IKO app

    Log in to IKO

  • 2

    Select Settings → Security and Access → iPKO friendly login
