Additional information

  • Pursuant to the Tariffs for banks and the Terms and Conditions for Loro Accounts, it is hereby established as follows:

     

    1. In the event that PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“the Bank”) receives a request to cover costs related to payment instructions with the OUR option, the Bank limits the payment to the requesting bank to the amount of PLN 60 (sixty Polish zloty), for requests received in PLN, or to the equivalent of EUR 15 for requests received in currencies other than PLN, including when such requests are submitted in a currency other than PLN.
    2. In the event that the Bank receives a request to cover costs related to claim processing, the Bank limits the payment to the requesting bank to the amount of PLN 60 (sixty Polish zloty), for requests received in PLN, or to the equivalent of EUR 15 for requests received in currencies other than PLN, including when such requests are submitted in a currency other than PLN.
    3. The provisions of this Statement shall apply from 14 June 2021.
