Limit of costs paid by PKO Bank Polski SA to banks for the payment orders with option our and claims costs
Based on point 9, sec. III, part V of the attachment to the Resolution of the PKO Bank Polski SA Management Board issuing the Tariff of banking fees and provisions charged by PKO Bank Polski SA from banks in international and domestic payment orders – applied fees and provisions, it is determined as follows:
- In the case where PKO Bank Polski SA receives a request for paying costs related to claims payment orders with option OUR, the limit of costs incurred by PKO Bank Polski SA amounts respectively: 80 (eighty) PLN if such a request is expressed in PLN or an equivalent of 20 EUR in other currencies, if such a request is expressed in currencies other than PLN.
- In the case where PKO Bank Polski SA receives a request for paying costs related to claims payment orders with option OUR, the limit of costs incurred by PKO Bank Polski SA amounts respectively: 80 (eighty) PLN if such a request is expressed in PLN or an equivalent of 20 EUR in other currencies, if such a request is expressed in currencies other than PLN.
- In justified cases, in particular upon Client’s request in a specific case, it is possible that PKO Bank Polski SA covers all the costs for the requesting bank, upon previous acceptance of such a motion by Director of International and Institutional Banking at PKO Bank Polski SA.
- Provisions of this statement are applicable from 30 October 2017.
