In relation to the Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2021 that came into force on 1 July 2021, the Bank adopted all principles contained therein. Compliance with the principles of corporate governance defined in the Best Practice is optional. However, listed companies are required to disclose such compliance in accordance with the WSE Rules.
