the Report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) presents an attached notice submitted to the Bank by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. („PTE Allianz Polska S.A.”), which informed that as a result of a merger with Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander Spółka Akcyjna who managed Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Drugi Allianz OFE), conducted on 30 December 2022 on the base of art. 67 of the Act of August 28, 1997 on the organization and operation of pension funds and art. 492 § 1 point 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the share in the Bank share capital and total number of votes hold jointly by the funds managed by PTE Allianz Polska S.A., i.e. Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny and Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny increased above 5%.
According to the above notice, joint share of Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE, managed by PTE Allianz Polska S.A. in the Bank’s share capital and total number of votes amounts to 8.53%.
