Unlock access
Set a new password or PIN easily if:
- you have forgotten your iPKO password
- you can't remember your PIN for the IKO application
- Your access to the iPKO service has been blocked (e.g. after unsuccessful logins)
How do I unlock access to the iPKO service when I have forgotten my password?

Click on Help in logging in on the iPKO login screen

Click Recover your password
And choose the method you want to use
