Impact of the contributions to the Bank Guarantee Fund on the results of the first quarter of 2026

the Report:
Following receiving information from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BGF"), the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund as set by the BGF for 2026 amounts to PLN 469,890,777.68 and for the Bank’s Group (incl. the contributions of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A in the amount of PLN 16,989,054.31), amount to PLN 486,879,831.99.
Abovementioned amount will be recognised in costs of the Bank’s Group in first quarter of 2026.
