Consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to include subordinated bonds of the Bank as Tier II capital instruments

The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on 13 August 2026 the Bank received decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approving qualification of the subordinated bonds of total nominal value of EUR 500,000,000 issued by the Bank on 24 June 2026, as the Bank’s Tier II capital instruments.
In its report No. 21/2026 the Bank informed about the issue of the above bonds, whereas information about the settlement of the issue was communicated in the report No. 22/2026.
