Paragraph 5 point 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on 6 June 2025 on the current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognising such information as being equivalent to information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 28 October 2026 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Warsaw issued a ruling regarding the registration of amendment to the Bank's Articles of Association, adopted by the resolution No. 2/2026 of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 14 October 2026.

As a result of the aforementioned registration, letter “l” was added to paragraph 4, section 2, point 4 of the Bank’s Articles of Association, following letter “k,” as follows:

“l) management of portfolios comprising one or more financial instruments,”.
